These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website moversarlingtontexas.net (the "Site") operated by ProStar Moving LLC ("ProStar," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, or by contacting ProStar through any of the methods described on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or contact us.

1. About ProStar Moving LLC

ProStar Moving LLC is a licensed moving company based in Arlington, Texas, providing local and regional residential and commercial moving services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our moving services, service area, business hours, and pricing information, and offers ways to request a moving estimate or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

3. Estimates and Service Requests

Any moving estimate provided through this Site, by phone, by text message, or by email is a good-faith preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined by the actual work performed, in accordance with your written moving service agreement and applicable Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) regulations governing household goods movers. Submitting an estimate request does not create a binding contract for services.

4. Communications and SMS Messaging

You may receive SMS (text message) communications from ProStar Moving LLC only if you have actively opted in through our online estimate request form at moversarlingtontexas.net/moving-estimate.html. On that form, opting in requires actively checking a consent checkbox labeled “Send me text updates” and reviewing the SMS Terms modal linked next to it. Customers who submit the form without checking that box are contacted only by phone or email, and are not enrolled in SMS communications.

SMS content is limited to responses to your inquiry, moving quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, day-of-move logistics coordination, and post-move follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your move stage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. ProStar Moving LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ProStar Moving LLC name and marks — is the property of ProStar Moving LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of information about our services.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, Google Maps, review platforms, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranties, terms, or liabilities that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Texas or federal law, including your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act and any consumer-protection rules of the TxDMV Motor Carrier Division.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProStar Moving LLC and its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any information obtained through the Site. Liability arising out of the actual performance of moving services is governed by your written moving service agreement and applicable law, not by these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
